A little about me
Hi, I'm Jessica, the founder of You x Two.
I'm originally from Chicago and now call Charlotte home. After spending 12 years in luxury residential project management and operations, I decided to take the experience I've built and turn it into something more personal - helping people manage their homes and the details that come with them.
Throughout my career, I've worked behind the scenes coordinating projects, managing vendors, overseeing installations, tracking schedules, and making sure all the moving pieces come together. I learned how much thought and coordination goes into creating and maintaining a home, and how valuable it is to have someone you trust making sure things get done.
That perspective became even more personal after buying my own home. I started thinking about how much easier everyday life could be if there were simply another version of me to help handle it all. Someone who notices what needs attention, follows through on the details, and helps keep things running smoothly.
That's where You x Two began.
Today, I bring my background in residential project management, procurement, operations, and high-touch client service to a more personal kind of home support. Through Home Management, Home Watch, and Concierge services, I help homeowners with everything from household upkeep and vendor coordination to caring for their property while they're away and taking everyday tasks off their plate.
I believe every home is different, and the support it needs should be, too. My approach is thoughtful, hands-on, and tailored to each household - whether that means helping you stay on top of the day-to-day, preparing your home for guests, or simply making sure the details don't get overlooked.
For me, You x Two is about more than checking things off a list. It's about building trust, paying attention, and giving people a reliable extra set of hands when they need them.
